Cancellation Policy
We value our customers and service providers. Many service providers work on commission and a no show can severely impact their ability to earn a living. It may also prevent another customer from getting a service.
We provide 48 hr text or email reminders for appointments.
Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee will apply.
